Security and lighting
You have the reassurance of a secure 24-hour electronic key-fob door entry system, as well as an intercom facility in each apartment. Our CCTV network also allows you to link your TV to our cameras to see (as well as hear) who is contacting you from the main entrance. In addition, during evening hours, there is a manned, independent security check of the premises by uniformed personnel.

Car parking and bicycle storage
If you work in the city centre or commute by train or bus, you won’t need a car at Queen Street Apartments. It means you’ll save £££ and help the environment at the same time with a low carbon footprint! If you do have a car and need a parking space, you can buy an on-site parking licence for an additional fee (subject to availability). You can also store bicycles in our cycle store.

Extra storage
If you need extra space to store belongings or furniture, we can arrange this for you on-site for an additional fee.

On-site management
Our maintenance team keep the building operating smoothly. During office hours Monday to Friday, you also enjoy a prompt and efficient service from our on-site property management team to help you resolve any problems and answer your questions.

You’ll find Sky, TV and phone/broadband points in every apartment for your convenience.
