We welcome all international applicants

Are you applying from outside the UK? We normally ask all applicants to come and have a look at the apartments before making a decision, but we realise that this is not always possible. If you’re applying from abroad there are some simple steps to follow.

Step 1: contact The Management Office and inform us of your requirements. Let us have your contact details so we can contact you, with the best time for contact. Please include your email address so that we can contact you easily.

Step 2: complete the application form and return either by fax or email, with the information required (ID, employment or study contract etc)

Step 3: once you have made your decision on the flat you would prefer, you will need to make a reservation by paying the deposit in full (please note that we can not reserve apartments without the full deposit being paid) We can provide banking details for international transfer or we can accept most major credit or debit cards over the phone.

Step 4: we have several options for the payment of rent and service charges, any one of our friendly office staff can help you with them and provide the information you need.
